Confidentiality and client control
These commitments are part of our terms and are written into every AI project agreement.
Used only for your project
Your datasets, models and results are confidential and are used exclusively to complete the project we agreed with you.
Never reused
We never reuse them for other clients, to train our own or any other models, or in publications, demonstrations or marketing.
Providers disclosed and approved
If the project needs an external AI or cloud provider, we name it before work starts and transfer confidential material only after your approval. We use configurations and service terms under which the provider does not use your data to train its models.
Deleted after acceptance
Once you confirm you are satisfied and accept the final deliverables, we delete project data, model copies and results from our systems and workspaces. Any backup copies and any legally required retention are listed in your project agreement with their deletion schedule.
Secure data handling
Access is limited to the people working on your project. Where your data is stored and processed, and how it is transferred, is documented in your project agreement before we receive it.
NDA and written confirmation
We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request and can confirm in writing that your project data has been deleted.
How a project works
- Discovery. We discuss your goal, your data, your constraints and how success will be measured. We can sign an NDA before you share details.
- Data and provider plan. We document where your data will be stored and processed and any external provider involved, with its no-training settings. Nothing confidential is transferred before you approve.
- Quote. You receive a written quote with the scope, deliverables, evaluation metrics, delivery date and price.
- Dataset preparation. We audit, clean and structure the data and set aside a separate test set.
- Training or fine-tuning. We train the agreed models and keep a record of every experiment and configuration.
- Evaluation and review. You receive an evaluation report and can review the results through a demonstration or test access.
- Delivery and deletion. After full payment, we hand over the agreed deliverables. Once you accept them, we delete project data and copies, and confirm it in writing on request.

20% deposit, 80% on completion
A 20% deposit confirms your project and lets us start. The remaining 80% is due when the work is complete, before final handover.
Review before you pay the balance
You review the finished work through a preview link, a staging site or a live demonstration. Final files, access and full handover are released once payment is complete.
A protected deposit
If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, your deposit is refunded. Each quote sets out the agreed scope, the delivery date and how client-side delays or scope changes affect the schedule. Your mandatory legal rights always apply.
Payment methods
PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, bank transfer or cash. Online payment through this website is not available yet: payment details are sent with your quote or invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Will you use our data to train other models?
No. Your datasets, models and results are used only for your project. We never reuse them for other clients, for our own or other models, or for publications, demonstrations or marketing.
Which models and tools do you work with?
We choose with you: open-source models you can run on your own infrastructure, or commercial models through a provider, depending on your requirements for quality, cost and confidentiality. Any external provider is named and approved by you before we transfer data.
Can the work run on our own infrastructure?
Yes, if it has the resources the project needs. We can also work in a cloud account that belongs to you, so you keep control of where the data is stored.
What do we receive at the end?
The deliverables listed in your quote, for example model weights or adapters, training and inference code, configurations, the evaluation report and documentation, or access to a fine-tuned model in your own provider account. Licences of any base model or third-party component also apply.
How do you handle personal data?
We process personal data only as needed for the project and in line with applicable data protection law. Where required, we remove or pseudonymise it before training. You confirm that you have the right to use the data for the project.
Can you guarantee a specific accuracy?
No one can honestly guarantee results before working with the data. We agree evaluation metrics and targets in advance and report the results transparently, including the model’s limitations.
What happens to our data after the project?
Once you accept the final deliverables, we delete project data, model copies and results from our systems and workspaces. Backup copies and any legally required retention follow the schedule stated in your project agreement, and we can confirm deletion in writing.
